
It’s hard to believe that it’s been 20 years since the release of Tori Amos’s Debut Album-Little Earthquakes. On January 13, 2012 all the “Toriphiles” that have followed the songstress and piano extraordinaire celebrated the anniversary of “Little Earthquakes” an album that changed lives with the amazing songs of this very first album. The songs were enchanting while conventional and controversial.
She sang about religion, being raped and an assortment of topics verbalized sometimes symbolically creating beautiful poetry accompanied by the most engrossing voice that was plain out bewitching and the her piano playing captivating hearts.
If you’re not a fan or just never heard of Tori Amos and “Little Earthquakes,” it’s never too late to tap into this most glorious album, one of the best artists/musicians that submerged from the 90’s. The album is timeless and won’t sound like your listening to something old. The songs will resignate in you, it’s a given!
